Captain IV integrates with two powerful AI platforms to transform raw OSINT data into actionable intelligence. Both systems receive a structured JSON payload containing investigation findings, risk factors, and contextual information.
The AI Cognitive Module is accessible from the results interface and side menu, providing instant access to advanced analysis capabilities.
Quick Suite Agent (BI + Knowledge Base)
The Quick Suite Agent is a custom AI assistant specifically trained for fraud investigation analysis. It combines Business Intelligence capabilities with a curated Knowledge Base containing Captain IV documentation, SOPs, and fraud detection guidelines.
How It Works:
- Knowledge Base Connection: The agent has access to a dedicated Knowledge Base containing 6+ PDF documents including Captain IV documentation, Common False Positives and Legitimate MOs, Fraud MOs, Internet Verification SOPs, and Country Code Combinations guidelines
- SharePoint Integration: Connected to internal SharePoint repositories for access to Flagged MOs
- Flagged MO Database: The agent is connected to a SharePoint list that serves as a prevention database where team members can add flagged emails, phone numbers, and suspicious situations. This list acts as an additional filter layer, preserving institutional knowledge that would otherwise be lost in chat conversations over time
- Custom Prompt: Pre-configured with specialized instructions to analyze fraud investigation data, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations based on SOP compliance
- JSON Payload Processing: When you click "QUICK SUITE ANALYSIS" in the results interface, the system automatically copies the investigation JSON payload to your clipboard. Paste it into Quick Suite chat to receive AI-powered analysis

The Quick Suite Agent automatically cross-references investigation data against the Flagged MO SharePoint list. This ensures that known fraud patterns, flagged contacts, and suspicious behaviors identified by team members are consistently applied across all investigations, creating a living knowledge base that improves over time.

PartyRock Agent (Open Internet Search)
The PartyRock Agent is a conversational AI tool designed for open-ended investigation and research. Unlike Quick Suite, it can perform real-time internet searches when the "world" capability is activated.
How It Works:
- Open Internet Search: When activated, the agent can search the web in real-time to gather additional context, verify information, or explore leads beyond the initial OSINT queries
- Conversational Interface: Designed for interactive investigation where you can ask follow-up questions, request clarifications, or explore specific aspects of the case
- JSON Payload Integration: Click "PARTYROCK AGENT" to copy the investigation JSON payload to your clipboard, then paste it into PartyRock for AI-powered conversational analysis
- Flexible Analysis: Not constrained by internal documentation, allowing for broader research and exploration of fraud patterns

The AI Context Hook is a structured JSON payload that contains all investigation data in a format optimized for AI analysis. This payload is automatically generated after each verification and copied to your clipboard when you click either AI integration button.

How to Use:
- Click "QUICK SUITE ANALYSIS" or "PARTYROCK AGENT" button in the results interface
- The JSON payload is automatically copied to your clipboard
- Open the AI platform in the new tab that appears
- Paste the payload into the chat interface
- The AI will analyze the data and provide insights based on its capabilities
⚠ Access Requirements
To use the AI integration features, you must request access to both Quick Suite and PartyRock platforms. Contact your system administrator or submit an access request via the Slack support channel to enable these capabilities.
